My Story

My name is Amanda Moors and I am a self-employed wildlife biologist who loves to share the beauty of the natural world with others. As part of my wildlife business, I have been conducting owl surveys for federal and tribal agencies in Arizona. That work has inspired a love of the night sky, since I am out working at all hours of the night in remote parts of Arizona. This website allows me to share the wondrous night sky with you. Of course, as a biologist, I have a passion for all wildlife and that is also reflected in my photography. I hope you enjoy the images on this website and that you are inspired to notice the wonder of the natural world.
